I noticed that various portions of the Dawkins Line is currently being utilized by horse back riders and ATV riders. I also noticed that some adjacent property owners have placed fences across the line impeding access. I am assuming R.J. Corman, the current property owner, is not too concerned about trespassers and adjacent property owners are simply taking matters into their own hands.

Given my observations, is it safe to assume that portions of the Dawkins Line are "loosely" available for public use, even though anyone using it would technically be trespassing? I would like to hike the line for exercise and recreation, but do not want to cause unnecessary conflict. Please advise!

It is not safe to assume that portions of the line are available for public use. This is private property and any encroachment could be removed by R.J. Corman at anytime. It would not be prudent to say that RJ Corman is not concerned about trespassers.
