Chief Ladiga Trail, Alabama, July 3, 2006

transpixel If it were pushing 100 degrees and you could spend the day shopping in air-conditioned comfort with your wife and FOUR sisters-in-law, what would YOU do? I took plenty of water and stopped for more Gatorade. All of the open part Chief Ladiga Trail is paved. I rode both ways for 48.5 miles. Definitely less hellish than the alternative. The humidity was mercifully low, and it rained just when I was done. transpixel
