This is one of the prettiest sections of the trail. It’s about a mile long before reaching the streets, and the maze of route changes. I saw a lot of joggers and dog walkers here. Viewed: 1412 times.

The Southern portion ends this way, before reaching Frank Rd and separated by a chain-link fence. I parked at the Berliner Park Sports Complex, and reached the trail through a dirt path in the trees. The end is about 0.8 mile south of there. Viewed: 1402 times.

This midpoint is along wetlands in the city, believe it or not. Viewed: 1484 times.

The trail goes along the West side of Whetstone Park, around these soccer fields. Viewed: 1393 times.

There is a paved walk-only loop trail around the lake: no bikes allowed. The bike trail is straight along the West side. Notice the gravel walking trail inside the loop. Viewed: 1485 times.

This North section is fairly curvy. This is a large bump in that narrow neck. It can be a real shock if you’re going too fast. Viewed: 1451 times.

The North section ends just as abruptly as the South end. A route sign is on the utility pole. Viewed: 1466 times.
